Who is Adverse.online for?

Adverse.online is new and unique. Hopefully the name gives away the type of mortgages that we do. We are an online only mortgage broker that will only help people with bad credit. 

Our target market would usually fall into one or more of the following:

• You may have spoken to your bank and been declined. 
• You may have spoken to another mortgage broker and been told you can not get a mortgage. 
• You may be too embarrassed to speak to a mortgage broker or ask for help from friends or family due to credit problems.
• You may have spoken to an adverse specialist broker and their fees put you off.
• You might be the complete opposite and have done your own research and known exactly the lender and product you want, but you can not access it directly. 

YOU are the customers we are looking for. 

As an online only mortgage broker, there are places we can rise above the rest. There will also inevitably be things we do that will not work for you. 

Because we are online only, this means you will be expected to do a little more than if you use a local broker. You will have to fill out your application form online and upload your documents to our secure customer portal yourself. You can do this 24/7 at a time that suits you. You will need a copy of your credit report in order to fill out your adverse on our site, this will then ensure the products we list are as accurate as possible. If you do not have a copy of your credit report you can obtain a copy here from Check My File .

Although Adverse.Online is an online bad credit mortgage broker  and there is no phone number for you to call please be reminded that although our service is online, we pride ourselves on outstanding levels of customer service.

We will review everything like any other mortgage broker to ensure we have everything we think will be needed and to vet your application before we send your file over to the lender - we will only send everything to the underwriter if we are confident you will be accepted.  You will also have access to a messaging system on the customer portal with your application manager.
