How do we work? is here to help find you a mortgage while using a streamlined process, removing any stress that may come with adverse credit.

A conventional mortgage broker will initiate a factfind with you and then proceed to undertake research before coming back and making a recommendation.’s simplified approach asks you to complete the factfind online in your own time without any appointments.


Upon completing your application form, we will ask a few more questions to determine what you want from a mortgage; then, we will produce a small list of suitable products that meet your needs and circumstances. You are then free to choose one of these products and proceed with the application form.


FEAR NOT – We will review your application, if we think you have chosen the wrong product or there are more suitable options, we will tell you. This is still an advised mortgage process.

After submitting your application, you will receive two emails: a confirming receipt; a ‘How to log into your personal customer portal’ guide. The personal customer portal is where you will be able to upload your documents safely and securely and add notes to your case for your case manager to review. Likewise, this is where case managers will add notes and ask questions should they require. Before completing any hard footprint credit checks, we will review your application and documents.


Once credit checks have been completed and satisfied with the product you have chosen, we will complete the application with the lender on your behalf. At this stage, if we think there are better options for you, we will inform you.


We review all your documents and application to filter out customers that we think could get a mortgage with a high street mortgage broker.If we believe you fall into this category, we will tell you. The last thing wants for you is to use a specialist mortgage lender if we think you could be using cheaper alternatives.
